Neil is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Swan Films.

He is a double BAFTA-winning Director, Producer, and an Executive Producer who works across all of Swan’s output.

Joe is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Swan Films.

He is a Producer, Director and Executive Producer whose awards include two BAFTAs. He works across all of Swan’s output, as well as overseeing the company’s operations.

Caroline is Swan’s Head of Production, with production management responsibility across the entire slate of programmes. Her credits include BAFTA-nominated Grayson Perry: Rites of Passage, BAFTA-winning Grayson Perry: Who Are You?, Grierson-winning Love for Sale with Rupert Everett and American High School. 

Before becoming HOP, Caroline worked as a Production Manager in the independent sector for ten years, for companies including Furnace TV, Seneca Productions and Swan Films. She started her career as a Production Co-ordinator at the BBC.
